Candlelight Yoga
Just breathe.
Our yoga class combines yin and restorative yoga poses, taught by candlelight. All you need to bring is your own yoga mat. Leave the rest (and relaxation) to us!

Adult Tap
Tap, Tap, Tappin' Away
Learn some tap basics, or brush up on those old dance moves - this class caters to all levels. All you need is a pair of tap shoes!

Move & Sweat
Dance, work, sweat, repeat.
This signature class will get you moving, grooving, and sweating all at once! Each week introduces a new dance style: hip hop, latin fusion, country, broadway, lyrical and contemporary. Learn some new dance moves while getting fit and having fun. Bring your socks, and running shoes or dance shoes!
